Cancellation
In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Hunab-Ku Adventours operates a strict cancellation policy:
- 72 hours or more prior to excursion date – 100% refund
- 48 – 24 hours or more prior to excursion date – date changes, subject to availability
- Less than 24 hours prior to the tour date, as well as no shows and late arrivals – no refunds
Tours canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions will be rescheduled for the following day or unless arranged by the client to the front desk.
