Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to book your activity and the balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. If we are within the 7 days of arrival 100% deposit is required.
In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Hunab-Ku Adventours operates a strict cancellation policy:
Cancellation of reservations in part or whole must be received in writing.
- 7 days or more prior to excursion date – 100% Refund.
- 6-3 days prior to arrival 50% Refund.
- 48 – 24 hours or more prior to excursion date – date changes, subject to availability.
- Less than 24 hours prior to the tour date, as well as no shows and late arrivals – No Refund.
Hunab-Ku Adventours cannot be held responsible or liable for trip cancellations or altered itineraries due to reasons out of our control. Such as acts of God, including but not limited to heavy rains, flooding, storms, hurricanes or any other natural occurrence. Whenever possible another available tour will be substituted for tour cancellations. Hunab-Ku Adventours is not responsible for refunding any portions of any itinerary which the clients do not use. This includes travel arrangements that are either cancelled or postponed due to improper, inadequate or expired travel documents for either yourself or anyone in your travel party, or which is cancelled for your own reasons.
