(Jungle Canopy & Ruins) – Airport Pick up, Barton Creek & Ziplining , Caracol Maya Ruin & Rio On Cave
Overview
Combining a visit to Barton Creek Cave with a trip to the ancient Mayan city of Caracol offers an
incredible adventure into Belize’s natural and historical wonders.
Day 1: Arrive at the Belize International Airport and get picked up for your transfer to San Ignacio. Depending
on your arrival time, you might have some time to relax at your hotel before dinner. This is approximately a 2
hour ride.
Day 2: Barton Creek Cave Canoeing & Ziplining Tour – Start your day with a drive through the lush Belizean
jungle to the entrance of Barton Creek Cave.Canoe through this sacred cave’s serene waters in a two-person
canoe, marveling at the breathtaking rock formations and learning about the cave’s history. Barton Creek Cave
is a haven for wildlife, with various bird species, bats, and other creatures calling it home. Approximately 4
hours long.(Lunch Included)
Day 3: Caracol Maya Ruin & Rio On Cave & Pool Tour – One of Belize’s most impressive Mayan ruins,
boasting towering structures, intricate carvings, and a captivating history. Second, Rio Frio Cave is a 65-foot
arched limestone cave with unique rock formations, an internal river, that offers cave exploration. Third Rio On
Pools is a natural swimming hole with mini-waterfalls cascading over rock formations for a relaxing swim after
an adventurous morning. (Lunch Included)
Day 4: Transfer to the International Airport – Depending on your flight schedule, you’ll be transferred back to
the International Airport for your departure. This is approximately a 2 hour ride.
